…they (small, medium businesses) do not have the same budget, they do not have an IT security department, they do not have the IT people in order to solve those security issues. Therefore they are more open to be a target to the hackers.

In 2015 or 2016, you didn't have APIs to work with. There was no way to connect back into insurers. For the most part. What you ended up having was a very user-friendly slick website, a very very nice kind of online experience, but it was really a call center that was trying to fulfill those risk placements.
