Stephanie Lloyd is Founder and President of Toggle® and Head of New Ventures for Farmers Insurance® . She and her team are disrupting the insurance space from within and creating unique products for digitally-powered, modern consumers. Toggle debuted in late 2018 with a fresh take on renters insurance – portable, customizable, and with optional add-ons like Pet Parent™ and Side Hustle® coverage. And they’re just getting started.
Prior to founding Toggle, Stephanie served as Farmers ® Personal Lines Chief Underwriting Officer, where she developed practical solutions to help improve profitability, quality and efficiency. Before her time in Underwriting, she spent ten years in Personal Lines Product Management and in Agency Distribution. Digital Insurance honored Stephanie with the 2019 Women in Insurance Leadership award which recognizes excellence across technology and business. She was also a finalist for the 2019 Future is Female award by AdWeek.

Stephen Goldstein is Vice President, Client Experience Lead for RGAX, the transformation engine of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA). Stephen works closely with insurance companies in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America to develop needs-based solutions.
Stephen’s global experience in the insurance and financial services industries spans corporate roles in the U.S., Europe and Asia, with a focus on distribution, operations, audit, market entry, consumer financial advice, and corporate strategy. Through his consulting practice, Stephen has also helped insurtech startups with their sales and go-to-market initiatives. He most recently spent four years with Prudential Assurance in Malaysia in a range of business development roles culminating with Director, PD Sales Management. Previously, he was with Prudential plc, where he first led agency operations into Eastern Europe and Ireland, and then served as Principal Auditor for the Group Head office in London.
Before then, he was a wholesaler with Jackson National Life Insurance Co.
Stephen’s Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona includes coursework at the University’s Eller College of Management business school.

Ben manages Clocktower Technology Ventures and is responsible for all of Clocktower Group’s private market activities. Ben was previously Director, Investment Associate Program for Bridgewater Associates, where he worked with the firm’s CIOs on strategic priorities, talent development and research. Ben began his career as a VC and private equity investor with Wasserstein Perella. Ben also co-founded Artivest fka Resonance Funds, an online issuer of actively-managed exchange traded vehicles, as well as Waterfall Mobile. Ben holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in philosophy from Yale University.

Martha Notaras is Managing Partner at Brewer Lane Ventures, investing in early stage insurtech and fintech companies focusing on delivering: full stack solutions; infrastructure to empower incumbents; innovative approaches to risk and distribution; and data.
Prior to joining Brewer Lane, Martha was a Partner at XL Innovate, investing in insurtech, including startups focused on new business models and data & analytics. XL Innovate’s investments include Lemonade, Embroker, Cape Analytics, Zendrive and Pillar Technologies.
Previously, Martha ran corporate development for the business data and analytics division of the Daily Mail. Of the 20 investments Martha made for the Daily Mail, two achieved valuations over $1 billion. Martha has served as board director for many early and growth stage companies, focusing on fintech, insurtech, proptech, edtech and digital media. Martha’s prior experience includes investment banking at Merrill Lynch and commercial banking at Credit Suisse.
Martha serves on the boards of directors of Palomar Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: PLMR), which provides catastrophe insurance for personal and commercial property, and ATTOM Data Solutions, a leading provider of property data to the real estate, financial services and insurance markets.
Martha earned her A.B. cum laude from Princeton University and her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar, awarded for graduating in the top five percent of the class.

Partner and Co-Founder, Brian McLoughlin was a partner at Upfront Ventures for 14 years, specializing in investing in early-stage companies in the financial technology and insurance technology sectors. He and his partners at Upfront raised $375 million across two funds and managed more than $700 million while he was at the firm. Prior to Upfront Ventures, Brian was the CFO of a VC-backed Fintech company. Brian has also invested directly in over 15 Fintech and InsureTech companies. He holds an MBA from Wharton School of Business and a BA from Rutgers College. He is based in Santa Monica.
